If a modpack lists a loader, don’t try to guess, get the exact version. Fabric is newer, faster, and used by more lightweight or performance-optimized packs. NeoForge is a newer version of Forge, more kaahaus casino lightweight but with fewer mods (at the time of writing). Forge is older and has broader support, especially for huge packs like All the Mods. Every modpack runs on a loader, usually Forge, Fabric, or NeoForge.
